• Email address — collected when you create an account, used to identify your account and send transactional emails such as email confirmation and password reset
• Credit balance — we store how many analysis credits your account has remaining
• Thumbnail images — images you upload are temporarily sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not stored by us after the analysis is complete
• Payment information — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card number or other payment details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Process your thumbnail images and return analysis results
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Process payments via Stripe
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate WillTheyClick:

• Supabase — stores your account information and credit balance. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy
• Anthropic — processes your thumbnail images to generate AI analysis. Their privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy
• Stripe — processes all payments. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
• Cloudflare — our API runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information (email and credit balance) for as long as your account is active. Thumbnail images are processed in real time and are not stored after analysis is complete.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use session tokens stored in your browser to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights
