WillTheyClick is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail analysis tool. Users upload thumbnail images and receive a clickability score along with feedback and improvement suggestions generated by artificial intelligence.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed upon each analysis. Credits do not expire.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Credits
Credits are sold in packs and are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

- Upload images containing nudity, violence, or other objectionable content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
The scores, feedback, and suggestions provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any analysis. Results may vary and should not be the sole basis for creative or business decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the thumbnail images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing analysis. We do not store your images after analysis is complete.
The WillTheyClick brand, design, and underlying software are owned by the operator and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved through use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
